Unit it a lockout unit, so you can choose to use either the A side or the B side if you wish and get two weeks for one maintenence fee. Week is a floating week. You must contact resort to request the week you want. Weeks 18-23, 36-45, and 48 and 49. Week trades with RCI as a Silver Crown property. We just bought this timeshare as a second unit, however our family is looking to grow as we plan for pregnancy and we need to sell it.
Offered at $1500. Price is negotiable. Unit is available for 2009. Maintenance fees are $626 per year.
