We are an Internet Cafe located in Astoria, NY (Queens)
We just opened up about a month ago and are very much interested in hosting various types of events in our store. We are open to new ideas and we will do our best to accommodate your group event. We have 2 spaces that can be rented for an event:
SPACE #1: Is normally used as a Videogame area- It's a small space but it's airy and comfortable-(Air conditioned)
Ideal for: Workshops, classes, meetings, reunions, indie film/student video project screenings(on our 50 inch flat screen TV), etc. Rate: $35 per hour(tax included)
SPACE #2: Is our main Computing area--Here there are 10 computers that are set up with a cable connection to the internet and basic programs installed. There is also a small flat screen TV-(Air conditoned) Rate: $50 per hour (tax included)
Rent both spaces together for $75 per hour (tax included)
On premises: Restroom, Vending machines & Self serve coffee machine(Regular, Decaf, Flavored, Tea)
In addition, we can refer you to caterers in the area or you can cater the event yourself. We will help with set up/clean up.
Our only rules are:
No alcohol allowed / No smoking indoors / No more than 40 people per single space event or 60 people per double space event.
