Job Description:
Project Architect/Job Capitan

For our exterior preservation group working primarily in Manhattan on
historic and high-end residential multi-story residential buildings. The
candidate should have 8 to 10 years experience and be able to undertake
the necessary site investigation of a building and, with a minimum of
supervision, put together a set of construction documents to affect the
necessary repairs and/or restoration work. Cad experience and access to a
car are essential.
