This beautiful little bay roan mare got her barn name Bacon when she was a few days old and was found "Bakin'" in the sun. She is the daughter of Crystal and is a very refined, well mannered mare with very tidy stall habits, which she passed on to her foal Bitsy, (shown here). She is currently in foal to Manipulators Shadowdancer, a national champion stallion that belongs to Judy Goeble. She is due around the end of May. This baby should really be a pretty mover! She looks really light here because this photo was taken at the end of the summer. There are times when she looks like a buckskin, like her mother.
