Scout is a beautifully marked black and white gelding that looks an awful lot like his famous sire, L & D Scout. Two years ago he was third at the AMHA Nationals in Amateur Geldings. I bought him in good faith from a breeder that I won't mention, sent him home with Darin Southwick where he had two months of unsuccessful driving training before Darin sand his vet realized he was blind in one eye, due to moon blindness. He is very jumpy. I think he would make a great driving pair with our stallion Cal, because they look so much alike. I feel that if he was put in a pair with his blind eye inside he would do fine. It breaks my heart when I see him running around the pasture because he is such a stunning mover! He has been shown in halter alot and has very good manners. Needs a home where he can get lots of loving attention.
