White sheets 350 count on all beds!
High-speed internet access, computer, printer.
Several Shampoos, hair conditioners, body wash, Ivory Soap
Very clean apt., all sheets and towels are cleaned with heavy bleach and very high temperatures after each stay.
Bathroom walls, tub, toilet are cleaned with heavy bleach after each stay.
All sinks, doorknobs, faucets etc. are sprayed / cleaned with Lysol disinfectant after each stay.
Decorated tastefully and simply - enough space for four.
Large TV, DVD, Air conditioner.
Three large closets, espresso/cappuccino/coffee maker, Iron, Ironing board two hair-dryers Fridge, microwave, plates, glasses, stove.
Everything you’ll need for cooking.
Paid (parking garage) and unpaid parking in the area.
15 Minute walk to Empire State Building; close to east Village and Union Square.
Very, very central Manhattan location taxis to most tourist locations are $6 - $11
Close to the 4, 5, 6, N, R, W, & L Trains.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (walk-up, no elevator).
Located on 24th Street and 2nd Avenue (Manhattan) - Very safe Area / Neighborhood.
Windows face 2nd Avenue (morning sun).
5-night minimum.
